Community Leadership Year

At some stage of our lives we are all leaders, whether it be in our families, businesses, service or sporting clubs. Developed for people from all walks of life, it provides learning experiences and training through a challenging, stimulating and interesting program. This year long program builds the leadership skills, knowledge and networks that enable participants to adopt leadership roles within their respective communities.

Business Executive Growth Program

This program is for people who are involved in private enterprises or government organisations and who are responsible at some level for the management of the business or organisation. This program facilitates the sustainable development of enterprise and business leaders through interactive instruction, participant instruction groups, one-on-one business coaching and ongoing peer support. It aims to produce tangible economic and employment outcomes through the development of the leadership capacity and skills of people involved in managing enterprises.

Leadership Skills Initiative

If you would like to become more involved in your community or take on a management role at work, this initiative will provide you with the skill based training to help you do it. With a focus on intensive leadership and business management training this initiative will heighten your skills in the areas of personal development; business, strategic and operational planning; leadership & team building; and increase your understanding of regional development and sustainable resource use in the Wimmera.
